- The product is in its original condition.

- Original tags, packaging and accessories are intact.

- The product has not been altered, damaged, stained or modified.

- The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your:

- Order ID

- Clear photographs/videos of the product

- Photographs of the packaging, where applicable

- Brief description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we will inform you about the next steps.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns may not be accepted for:

- Products that have been worn, washed or used.

- Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling.

- Products without original tags or packaging.

- Products altered or modified by the customer.

- Products returned after the applicable return period.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable payment provider or bank processing times.

Exchange

Where applicable, exchanges may be offered depending on product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, an alternative resolution or refund may be provided as applicable.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a wrong, damaged or defective product received from us, we will review the case and provide appropriate assistance.

For returns due to personal preference or other customer-related reasons, applicable return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
